Before becoming husband and wife Cherie was the owner/operator of a computer consulting firm in Asheville, NC and Scott was a residential building contractor in Transylvania County. After several years of marriage, we opened a "mom and pops" land development company. For 17 years Scott handled all aspects of subdivision planning, road construction, lot improvements, and sales. Cherie was responsible for marketing, finance, and contract to closing coordination. Due to the demand for new affordable housing in the area, we also began residential speculative building and handled all levels of construction from dirt to doorknobs. We now offer our extensive experience in all facets of real estate to our buyer and seller clients in Transylvania, Henderson, & Polk counties.
