I am very proud to say that I am a native of Asheville NC. I grew up just outside of the city in the Leicester community. My professional background in healthcare provided me with a passion to serve others and a greater ability to understand client needs at a higher level. After leaving healthcare I chose to transition to real estate where I could continue to serve others. John is a native of Transylvania County with deep roots in the area. As a fifth-generation landscaper, and owner of Tinsleys Landscaping, John transitioned into the real estate profession in 2013. Since that time he has built a business focused on his clients needs and helping to understand difficult transactions such as foreclosures and short sales. While helping sellers, John works hard to market their home and sell with fewer days on market and higher sales price. This business model has made John one of the top producers in Transylvania County over the past several years. John is also now licensed in South Carolina as well. John and his wife are the parents of three Children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and attending his childrens various sporting events. As well as being a licensed realtor, John is also a licensed landscape contractor. He also has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
