I completed a fellowship at NC Department of Commerce then worked as a fiscal analyst for the NC Legislature, where I honed my negotiating skills. I have never forgotten the directive my parents gave me to do my part to make the world a better place. As such, I have volunteered in many capacities for several non-profits. I am past-president of the SAFEchild board of directors, Jr. League of Raleigh Sustainer and a member of the Leadership Raleigh 34 Class.
