Truth be told, it was my wife’s idea for me to get licensed. We had an early vision of renovating properties and decided to dive head first into the industry with sales instead. Now, about 10 years later, it was the best decision we could have made. We live just outside the beach full-time but spend the majority of our time between Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Berlin and Bishopville. It’s a great place to live—and work! I’ve had the pleasure of building classes at NR and a successful sales team, and I’ve also led crazies jumping in the ocean in December to raise money for Toys for Tots. Having sold hundreds of homes and over $100m in real estate, I’ve been involved in some fun transactions. One day I might just write a book of my most memorable stories. Audrey's family goes back generations in Fenwick Island and the Sussex county area. She was the longest running mayor of Fenwick Island and her father was a founding member of the Town. Audrey owned many popular businesses from Ocean City Maryland to Dewey Beach Delaware before venturing into real estate.
