Truth be told, it was my wife’s idea for me to get licensed. We had an early vision of renovating properties and decided to dive head first into the industry with sales instead. Now, about 10 years later, it was the best decision we could have made. We live just outside the beach full-time but spend the majority of our time between Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Berlin and Bishopville. It’s a great place to live—and work! I’ve had the pleasure of building classes at NR and a successful sales team, and I’ve also led crazies jumping in the ocean in December to raise money for Toys for Tots. Having sold hundreds of homes and over $100m in real estate, I’ve been involved in some fun transactions. One day I might just write a book of my most memorable stories. Which brings us to why I’m here. To continue my story, filled with the great people I meet every day, as well as those who I’ve helped in the past or those referred to me by those people.
