Doreen is a Delaware native. She was raised with 2 brothers and 2 sisters by her father, a retired truck driver and mechanic (who more recently took up farming) and her mother, a housewife who manages her husband's business. Doreen learned at an early age what it takes to run a successful business: hard work, ethics, standing up for what you believe in and never going back on your word. Her children are; Christopher, who has a son of his own, Jonathan; Kimberly, who is a Realtor for Dee & Doreen's Team; and Kelly, who attends High School. Doreen attended the Caesar Rodney School District and Delaware Technical and Community College. She enjoys traveling, motorcycle riding, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.

After 30 years of being in the real estate business I just opened my own brokerage. My son , who has 12 years in the business is my partner. WIth that we are offering a flat fee commission for listing company and 2.5% for the buyer agent when you list with us. Buyers get 10% of our earned commission to go toward s their closing cost.
