Jim is a life long resident of Kent County and has been a licensed real estate agent since January 2003; obtaining Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certifications placing him in the top 4% of real estate agents in the country. Jim began his real estate career in 2003 and he has been the top selling agent in his office since 2010. In his spare time Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and his two children Jeremy and Jessica.
