In addition to the classes I had to take to receive my Salesperson license, I received my GRI degree and the CRS degree (Certified Residential Specialist). Less than 4% of Realtors hold the CRS designation. I worked for Century 21 for a number of years, before switching over to the Coldwell Banker team in November 2015. When I was with Century 21, I received a number of awards. The one that stands out to me, is the Quality Service Award I received numerous years in a row achieving a 5 Star Rating.
