At onset, Ms Minkoff seem to be a very reliable agent, assuring me the distance from my home wouldn't be a problem because she 'Loved' to drive, however with every showing she did not show up. Upon selling my home she worked with the owner of the lot to deduct nearly $2,000 from the sale without notifying me. She also took 11% commission. I would suggest that you check this agent out thoroughly before you engage.
