I first learned to sell Real Estate from my broker grandmother who was licensed in 1963 in Boulder Colorado. She moved to Utah in 1988 and my part time job while going to college was working for her. I was licensed at 24 in 1994 and earned my brokers license in 1996 and I worked for her part time. I have owned a couple of RE/MAX franchises but went back to full time sales in 2001. I just like it better. I partnered up with Matthew Flinders and since then we have sold more than 2300 homes. We are a small team with a licensed assistant and the two of us. We have more experience than any other team or agent in the valley. In 2021 = 84 transactions. In 2022 = 63 transactions. Most of our clients actually are repeat or were referred. One HUGE advantage for our clients is I hold a B100 general contractors license in Utah and often times we can spot issues without YOU having to pay for an inspection! I have earned 9 professional designation in addition to the CRS and my brokers license.

Kenny was born and raised in Orem, Utah. After serving a Two-Year LDS Church mission in Tennessee, he returned to play football for Brigham Young University. Two years before finishing his bachelor’s degree at BYU, Kenny earned his real estate license from the Harmon Real Estate School and began negotiating real estate transactions for his professors, friends, and family. From that core group of clients starting in 1996, Kenny has developed a reputation as one of the area’s leading real estate professionals. More than 25 years later, Kenny has sold more than 3,200 homes with over 400 of those being short sales. Although Kenny stays busy with work and enjoys what he does, his real love is his family. He is married to Heather, and they are the parents of four beautiful children: Kelsey, Cade, McKell and Wyatt.
