My real estate journey started over five years ago when my wife asked me to get my license and help her in her business. It was a time when the market had become like the Wild West. Interest rates were at a record low and people were paying over asking price. In all the madness I was still able to help families find their homes. I also spent some time on the listing side of real estate where I helped sellers price their homes according to the market we were in when interest rates spiked. The skill was being able to read and react to market conditions and make adjustments that would generate the most profit possible for the seller. After all this I spent a little time in new home construction with a builder. This helped me understand construction and all that goes into building a home from the ground up. All my experience gained in these 5yrs haven’t only given me mass amounts of knowledge and grown expertise it’s also taught me that everyone’s situation is different. I’m here to help.
