My name is Rozy Schoch, and I’m a REALTOR® with REAL Broker helping buyers and sellers make confident moves in today’s market. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, where I met my husband, a military veteran, so I understand the challenges of relocating and starting fresh. After his service, we moved to Wyoming and bought our first home using a VA loan, which shaped how I guide clients through financing and the homebuying process. We spent 14 years living and working in Wyoming before relocating to Tennessee for his career, giving me hands-on experience with long-distance moves and major life transitions. In Wyoming, a community with a large military population, I had the honor of helping many veterans and their families buy and sell homes, often using VA benefits. Today in Tennessee, I continue to serve a wide range of clients while staying well-versed in VA home loans, guiding each person with clarity, respect, and a steady hand.
