Shortly after having founded Eastern Tennessee Preppers, which is a 1300+ member Meetup group based on preparedness education and networking, I began receiving requests to help them find property in the area for their retreat locations. Others were just about to retire and looking for that perfect piece of land to enjoy nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of big city life, while yet others wanted to get into farming like their parents or Grandparents did years ago.
