If I had to point out one of my greatest strengths I would have to say it would be first time home Buyers! Although my talents are well rounded in all other aspects of real estate I feel that I truly shine when it comes to working with Buyers. I like to use a baseball metaphor when describing what I do best. Some Baseball players are pitchers, some are good at steeling a base, while others can hit it out of the park. I was born and raised on the east side of Saskatoon. I feel I don't sell you a home but help you buy a home. I try to stay as unbiased as possible so Buyers find what they like and what they don't.
