I grew up just outside of Sioux Falls and have lived here for most of my life. My wife and I have two businesses here and we are raising our two boys here as well. I am still amazed at how much change has happened in the last two decades and what the future will hold for the Sioux Falls area. A little background about myself, I graduated from Lennox High School and attended SDSU. I then went into the Marine Corps; after being honorably discharged I moved to Wyoming and began a successful 5+ year career in the oilfield. After traveling for close to 10 years I decided living between three states was no longer for me, so I sold my home in Wyoming and moved back to South Dakota. I returned to college first completing my AAS in electrical at Southeast Technical Institute and then my BAA in business at the University of Sioux Falls' Vucurevich School of Business. I have always had a desire to help people, having bought and sold several homes I understand the value of having a quality agent.

Katie started in Real Estate in the beginning of 2008 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2013. She has lived in the Sioux Empire for the majority of her life and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Katie very selflessly has given hundreds of hours of her time to various charities around Sioux Falls including Make-A-Wish, Meals On Wheels, The Banquet & The Closet by The Foster Network, as well as being the Director of Almost Home Canine Rescue. Her favorite part of her job is helping clients reach their goals and educating them with as much information about real estate as she can.
