In 2009 toward the end of his collegiate soccer career at West Virginia University, Sean decided to shift gears from playing professionally, and move to Myrtle Beach to pursue his new obsession, Real Estate. The first 5 years of his real estate career was spent as an investor buying, flipping, renting, as well as consulting other investors to do the same.
