Former English teacher & NYC Publicist with Master's Degree from Johns Hopkins University In 2001, shortly after 9/11, I made real estate my full time profession. I have always loved (and flipped) homes, and I use my knowledge of the market and simple upgrades/repairs to help my sellers get their homes in top selling condition. Then I use my marketing background to make sure everyone knows the property. I have had my listings featured in Whirl, Country Homes Magazines, New York Times online, and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. I've also been on HGTV twice. My knowledge of construction allows me to guide buyers. I know when a buyer needs to walk away or act quickly. I am a certified negotiations expert and pride myself in getting value for my buyers. Some agents walk through homes pointing out the best features; I'm showing my buyers the worst issues just to be sure there are no surprises later. I love my job and it shows.
