Originally from Long Island, NY, I’ve been a Lancaster County resident for over 30 years. My husband, Andy, and I have successfully been investing, purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling many homes throughout Lancaster County since 2011. That exposure to real estate led me to obtain my own Real Estate License. Since then, I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation providing me the education to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. Throughout my real estate career, I’ve been awarded the “Top Listing Agent” with Century 21 Home Advisors and, in December 2022, the “Agent of the Year” award. I’ve also received a National award from the Century 21 Brand by earning the Quality Service Award consecutively for two years.

Faruk moved to Lancaster County in 2000 and he is proud to call it his home. When he started real estate in 2004, there was a strong seller''s market, homes were selling quickly and with little marketing needed. When the market turned bad in 2008/2009, that is when Faruk learned how to sell real estate. With a lot of education and his strong persistence, he was able to increase his sales during this "bad market". Faruk learned that changing his mindset and helping others would be the most important skill to develop in order to survive in sales.
