I grew up in West Philadelphia. My father was a Lieutenant in the Philadelphia Fire Department and my mother was a homemaker. I had two older sisters. Being at the bottom of the totem pole, I developed determination and independence. In 1968 we moved to Aston. I attended Sun Valley High School and graduated in 1972. I went to Pennsylvania State University and graduated in 1976 with a B. S. in Finance. I worked in the corporate Accounting and Finance area and felt something was missing. I always had an interest in real estate and liked the idea of being my own boss. I was licensed in 1988 as a real estate salesperson and became a broker in 1992. I received many awards; Rookie of the year, top producer office, top producer company wide etc. Now I really wanted to be my own boss.
