In 2003 Kate joined a Corvallis Real Estate firm and became one of the youngest Real Estate Brokers in the Mid-Willamette Valley in 2004. Not only did she help numerous current and new residents invest in homes, she did so with honesty and integrity. As the market changed in 2008, Kate was instrumental in helping those who suddenly needed to sell and helped new home buyers navigate their fears during this time. In 2013 she graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University. While markets change, Kates commitment to providing Candid and Caring Service has not. When she isnt helping clients reach their Real Estate investing goals, she is volunteering at her childrens school or traveling with her family to explore all that Oregon has to offer.
