I got my real estate brokers license back in 2012 and have been working at it as a full time career ever since. Ive been through just about every type of residential and multi-family deal you can imagine. From working with investors of multi family units and repossessed homes, to large acreage horse properties, to small condos and townhomes... and everything in between. I am a veteran myself and about 80% of my buyers each year tend to be veterans using their VA loan, or the lesser known ODVA loan program. On the personal side of things, I have three children.
