As a full time Realtor since 2002 and Broker/Owner since 2018, I have experience in all aspects of real estate. I have fifteen years experience in assisting home sellers and buyers obtain their goals. Since 2007 I have worked nationally with banks in selling their foreclosure properties and helping them value properties. This makes me an expert on valuations and helping sellers get the most for their homes in the quickest time possible. I am also able to set buyers up on automated emails that come straight from our Multiple Listing Service to alert them as soon as a listing becomes available with their parameters. I have sold many homes the first day it comes on the market! Customer service and satisfaction is my main priority and I will return phone calls and texts to clients usually within a few hours!
