A career real estate agent in business since 1989, Jim spent 10 years working with residential investment property owners in the Lake Tahoe area. He has concentrated on helping his clients maximize their wealth through building cash flow and 1031 exchange consulting. Jim graduated from West Point in 1979 and earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University in 1987. After 26 years as an independent broker and broker/salesman, Jim joined Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate to be part of a team of 1031 exchange experts. The team has been trained to help investors maximize their appreciation and cash flow in the coming growth years in the Northern Nevada real estate investment market.
