This was during the dot com era where there was a lot of money flowing. We thought it would never end..... In 2009, I moved to Nevada and in 2012, I decided to get my Nevada Real Estate License. I took a job with a local brokerage and learned all about Short Sales and REO's. Since then, the market has only gone up. From 2011-2021, I worked for a high volume brokerage and we grew the team to be the #1, Real Estate Team in Northern Nevada for 5 years running. Since then, I left that brokerage and started to work for the new #1 team in Northern Nevada.
