Nolan Formalarie came to the coast of North Carolina for the sunny weather, a change in lifestyle and the tranquility of white sandy beaches. After achieving a marketing degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Nolan worked as a Marketing Consultant for Black & Decker/DeWalt. A two month stay in Charlotte, NC prompted Nolan to visit the NC Coast and St. James Plantation, which he soon made home. Nolan now resides in the RiverSea Plantation in his custom built home where he enjoys walking the nature trails and kayaking the Lockwood Folly River with his wife, Rose, sons Cole and Noah and Bradley, their dog.
