I have a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, concentration in Real Estate & Urban Land Development, after which I worked in the property management field as ell as banking. I have been a full time Realtor on the Outer Banks since 2003. Over the last 16yrs I rank in the top 10% of all Realtors on the Outer Banks in number of total sales and total volume sold. I have seen the ebb and flow of the Outer Banks Real Estate market from top to bottom and now back up.
