Being the captain on a robotics team at UNC Asheville for 2 years helped me realize how powerful it is to have a team that is working together to accomplish shared extraordinary goals. My objective is to team up with you to accomplish your real estate goals by finding the best price for your home or helping you purchase a property, we can accomplish this together. While I'm not busy helping clients with their real estate needs, I enjoy kayaking, fishing, wakeboarding, remote controlled airplanes and drones, traveling, and robotics.

As an accomplished real estate broker in the Asheville area, Jason combines a love for the outdoors with a passion for exceeding client expectations in all things real estate related. Born in rural Tennessee and growing up in Atlanta, Jason went on to graduate with honors from Georgia State University with a degree in Finance, which compliments his expertise in real estate endeavors. Like many folks who call Western North Carolina home, Jason and his wife Emily visited once and immediately returned home and began to pack, heading for the mountains. That was 2009 and they've never looked back, putting down roots and welcoming their son Ben in 2014. When not helping clients with their real estate needs, Jason and his family enjoy all of the great things Western North Carolina has to offer, including whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and gardening.

Caleb Phillips is a Western North Carolina native whose deep knowledge of the area and passion for real estate investing led him to found Lusso Realty in 2018. Since then, he's helped people all over WNC achieve their goals of buying and selling real estate while delivering a level of white glove service. He's been married for twelve blissful years to Dominique, and they have two sons named Ryder and Atlas. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing with family and volunteering at Elevation Church.
