The month after I graduated from Missouri Western State Univsersity, and the ripe age of 22, I moved to Northern California to purchase my first Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Shortly after, I acquired a second location, as well as an ice cream store. I sold those businesses, and at the age of 26 I purchased a Firehouse Subs location in Kansas City, MO. After more than tripling my investment on that venture after I sold it, I decided to bring my business background into the real estate world. I have been able to negotiate great terms for clients in both the commercial and the residential world, and am really able to "shape shift" into the type of agent somebody wants them to be. I can be anything from a numbers nerd to a creative negotiator. I am here for YOU!
