Mike is a five-generation Maine native who has spent his younger years in the Maine outdoors. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Marine Corps as a Helicopter Technician/Supervisor and traveled the world. Upon returning to Maine in 2000, he began his career as a small business owner, and pursued a career in real estate. Mike specializes in large timber, recreational, and investment properties and has owned his own timber management business as well as multiple rental properties in the Central Maine area. Mike grew up in Lincoln, Maine, which is home to 13 freshwater lakes. Growing up surrounded by over 4,300 acres of water and 22,000 acres of timberland has shaped Mike into the knowledgeable real estate agent he is today. Mike enjoys spending time fishing, hiking, swimming, skiing, and camping with his two boys, Josh & Ryan and his wife, Emma.

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1999. I started part time while I was teaching children with special needs which I did for 30 of my 32 year teaching career. My wife and I have been married for 52 years so you can understand why she doesn't mind that I am available to work 7 days a week. As a matter of fact I am highly encouraged to get out of the house and go to work. All joking aside I enjoy helping and guiding people who are making , in most cases, the largest purchase they will ever make and I really feel that I have a moral obligation to do everything in my power to make sure they are fully informed before spending that kind of money.

Maine born and raised, familiar with the area growing up I explored most of the state on family camping trips. In my free time I enjoy hiking and fishing which allows me to explore this beautiful state. Growing up at some point both my parents decided to take their real estate course. Ever since then I’ve heard the ins and outs of working in this industry. For years I've been interested in making the career change to work with them in this field.
