I was introduced to real estate sales in 1998 while purchasing my first home. I enjoyed the mix of business and social engagement with members of the public as my major in college was sociology and my minor was business administration so my background seemed like a perfect combination for real estate sales and leasing. I obtained my real estate license in DC in 1999 and my Maryland license in 2002. I have been selling residential real estate assisting buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants ever since. I was born and raised in the DC metro area. I attended American University and graduated with a major in Math and Statistics After graduation, I worked for the Food and Drug Administration as a programmer and system analyst. After our 2 daughters were born, I became a Realtor so that I could have a more flexible schedule. I have continually enjoyed meeting people and helping them buy, sell or rent their homes. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and I have sold to them, their children, and even some of their grandchildren! The friendships I have gained have been the greatest rewards.
