"I would highly recommend Louis Stephan as our RE broker. He acted as our Buying and Selling Broker. On the buy side, we needed to purchase quickly and Louie was calm and reassuring we were making a good purchase (which we did, great new house). He helped with the design of the new house & handled the offer & setting the purchase timetable perfectly. On the sale of our home, Louis gave us a timeline, kept the house in the public eye, hosted open houses. when the offer came in, Louie had the deal done with-in 12 hours, just a true closer. Louie attended the home inspection and brokered a deal we could all live with. He has excellent communication skills and kept us on a timeline to get the house ready to get on the market. Louie was easy to deal with, had our best intentions, excellent knowledge of the market and got our house sold for a rock solid price.
