Ted grew up in Springfield, Idaho (west of Blackfoot) where he was raised on a farm with 6 siblings. He learned a strong work ethic from his parents and knows the benefits of dedication and putting in an honest days work! Up before dawn for chores and out until after dark for more chores, he is not afraid of hard work. After graduating from Aberdeen High School, Ted attended Ricks College then served a two year mission for his church in Seattle, Washington. Ted farmed until 1981 then moved to Rexburg and opened Gringo's Mexican Restaurant in 1986. He met Nancy, his Realtor, while looking for places to rent and places for his restaurant. They were married in 1988. Ted got his real estate license in 1991 and join his Associate Broker wife, Nancy, in Rexburg. Ted succeeded quickly, being a natural at sales and loving to work with people! Ted loves working and serving the citizens of Southeast Idaho! "This is OUR home!
