Stefanie Burmahl assisted me in selling my house. She was very professional, supportive and helpful. She provided staging without extra cost. There was a problem with a failed septic system that needed to be replaced. At first the city wanted me to connect to their city sewer. It took a lot of phone calls from both Ms Burmahl and me but she did not give up. I don’t think I could have gotten through it without her help.
