I am a life-long resident of South Georgia, and have lived in Lowndes County since 1980. I started my professional career as a registered nurse. In 1999, I got my real estate salesperson license and have worked as a Realtor for 22 years . Personally, I enjoy cooking, reading and exercise, having obtained my ACE Personal Training Certification in 2020. Currently, I have a team of two other agents who work with me. Alison’s passion for community can be traced back to her years at the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce as VP of Economic Development where she spent significant time marketing South Georgia as the perfect place to retire as Director & Developer of Georgia’s first regional retiree attraction economic development initiative. Facilitating hundreds of retirees move to South Georgia was a natural segue into a career of real estate. As a new REALTOR®, she was awarded Rising Star, then Top Producer and Agent of the Year. As a member of the Valdosta Board of Realtors® she was awarded the Spirit Award and served as President of the Board. Alison served as Director on the Georgia Association of Realtors board.
