Prior to becoming a real estate professional I had the very rewarding responsibility of overseeing the delivery of educational, vocational and mental health services to at-risk youth and their families. After I retired from the youth services field, a family member, who is also a highly successful real estate professional, suggested that I consider real estate as a second career.
