Being raised in Delaware and living in Sussex County since 1986 has allowed me to gain and provide the knowledge of local and surrounding markets Buyers and Sellers expect and rely on when making real estate decisions. I have been a Licensed REALTOR in Sussex County, Delaware since 2007. Prior to real estate sales and services being my primary focus, I worked over 20 Years as a PGA Professional in the Hunt Valley, Maryland and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware areas. I feel my years in the Golf Business engrained many customer service skills and habits that I have utilized to my advantage in the real estate business.

Truth be told, it was my wife’s idea for me to get licensed. We had an early vision of renovating properties and decided to dive head first into the industry with sales instead. Now, about 10 years later, it was the best decision we could have made. We live just outside the beach full-time but spend the majority of our time between Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Berlin and Bishopville. It’s a great place to live—and work! I’ve had the pleasure of building classes at NR and a successful sales team, and I’ve also led crazies jumping in the ocean in December to raise money for Toys for Tots. Having sold hundreds of homes and over $100m in real estate, I’ve been involved in some fun transactions. One day I might just write a book of my most memorable stories.
