Toni is a California native who’s called Grand Junction home for more than since 1972. She raised two sons and has 7 grandchildren. Her husband of 1997, Mike Moran currently teaches at CMU and is also a licensed Realtor. Together they operate Weichert Realtors, Heiden Homes Realty which is located at 735 Rood Avenue in historic downtown Grand Junction. Toni is active in the Kiwanis Club of Grand Junction since 1989. She is also on the St. Joseph Catholic Church parish council, where she is a Eucharistic Minister and member of the Catholic Daughters organization. Her passion is the Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra and has been a board member since 2005. Her Guild membership is something she has wanted to do for many years. Now that is a reality she hopes to be a valued member of the Guild. Toni has received many awards during her Real Estate career. Recently her 40 years in real estate, she has emeritus status and was just honored at the recent Board of Realtors luncheon.

I moved to Grand Junction in 2017 where I began my career in real estate working on new construction and project management.
