Vivi Gloriod began her real estate career in 1996, taking a summer job with a builder who had sold 12 houses in 2 1/2 years. Vivi sold 13 houses in two months! The builder convinced Vivi to join him full time, and she continued her college education at night. She graduated with a degree in business emphasizing marketing in 2000, along with a minor in math. Vivi recognized the value of investing in real estate early on; purchasing her first property in 1998 and continuing to this day adding investment properties to her portfolio. Denver is a fantastic place to live. We’ve lived & own properties all over this great city! From our loft downtown (lived there in the early 90’s when it was a little “edgy” and quiet down there) to our adorable little (and I mean REALLY little) house in Bonnie Brae to our 1890’s Victorian in Platte Park to our Golden condo to the Berkeley bungalow to the Highlands row home to the Morrison place to our current mid-century modern house in Lakewood. Steve says I’m like the guy who gets a job at the bike shop and all of a sudden have every cool bike out there. Yeah. That’s me.
