His attention to detail and perseverance even though obstacles and problems never encountered before littered the landscape, Joe never faltered. Joe is a good man to have in your corner when you are selling homes and bare land! We sold property and a house, with several right of way problems back in 2004, Joe never gave up on us. Recently Joe sold a house with many issues, extensive termite damage, no water, and overlooking probate lawyers. But along with his tenacity and experience, he got the job done!

We bought our home sight unseen. All of our home search was done via FaceTime since we were 1800 miles away. Joe knew what to look for in a house (roof, air conditioner, flooding, etc) as well as aesthetics of our new home. Joe was always available when we needed him. Overall, we were very pleased with Joe
